so its that time of the year again folks for the donegal town summer festival

hope the weather stays dry for the weekend...

best wishes to all the festival commitee and anyone who is helping out over the weekend cause there has been and still is a massive amount of work to put on an event of this style for free

Music over the weekend is thursday: rac and ruin

friday: smash hits

saturday delorentoes and republic of loose

sunday: John Shelly and the creatures, Sawdoctors....

I just hope the weather is good for the weekend. It's not too good atm! Last year, the rain was quite persistant (on the Saturday anyway - Mary's did good trade on cheap umbrellas!). Still though, it was good craic, good buzz about the town.

Looking at Met.ie, it's predicting some rain on Saturday evening, which is a shame. Will hope that they're wrong.

I'll be there the Saturday anyway, maybe the Sunday.
