    Anybody know how to be able to send and receive contacts from anybody on an iPhone 3gs via SMS like every other phone?? Is it even possible?

    For some strange reason it won't send or accept business cards via SMS. You have to paste the number into an SMS, which is less than elegant......:confused:

    ya i knew that way but like you said its less than elegant and others have to do the same when sending contacts to you which is annoying

    You can choose to share contact via MMS or email, no sms unfortunately

    just found an app after hours of googling its called contact sender and its on the app store and its free :) you need ios 4 to use it tho
