ipad camera connection kit

    Has anyone managed to get an ipad camera connection kit? If so where did you get it? Stock seems low everywhere.

    Not yet. The wait time seems to be increasing every week. I've ordered one over the odds on eBay (about €70 inc postage), so I'll let you know how I get on.

    ordered one from apple store online ( ie store) last thursday....stated shipping 2-3 weeks
    arrived in the post today !;)

    Same as myself. Ordered it as soon as it went in the Apple store with 2-3 weeks shipping. Arrives in the door this morning.

    Great little unit. Imported some 720P video from my iPhone! Also used the other halfs Samsung! Gonna try out a USB keyboard later.

    really?! i didnt realise the USB adapter would work with the iPhone! doesit transfer the pics as well? are the videos stored in the photo albums or in the Videos app?

    Ya it reads the iPhone the same as a camera. All pics and vids are stored in the photo app!

    I ordered one from Apple Shop on line on a Wednesday morning, it was posted out on Wednesday night from a English address - got it in the post the following Tuesday morning here in New Ross!
    Fantastic little unit, discovered I could attach my Compact Flash card reader to it and transfer photos from it to my iPad without any hassle!

    Well worth the money!

    Can u use the iPad for video conferencing - stupid question I know but just checking. I know skype don't currently support it.
