Battery problems with win 7

    Since I upgraded my Acer Aspire 6920 from vista to win 7 I have had problems with my battery and from searching the internet it seems I am not alone.
    At first my battery indicator said my battery was de-graded and recommended changing it , so I did.
    New battery No. 1 only charged to 48% so I returned it
    New battery No 2 only charges to 23 % and stops but still says pluged in and charging. I download latest ver. of bios- no solution.All my drivers are up to date and I toggled all the device manager battery drivers on and off no-solution.
    Has anybody come across or solved this problem....it's driving me nuts!!!!!:confused::confused:
