Who is this show targeted at?

I just watched a few episodes on tv and find it very difficult to imagine who they want to watch it. I think its a very funny show but I know that several of my friends just dont 'get' it.Is it more of a boy thing maybe?

I think my main reason for liking it is Noel Fielding. I found him funny on other things like when he was a guest host on never mind the buzzcocks so i think it was a progression fromt here. My little sister on the other hand is 12 and thinks its hilarious! She knows all the songs and everything and buys all the books and stuff.

SO what do you like about this show? And why?

I think it is a show aimed at mainly students, stoners and some adults that like silliness. I don't think it is mostly a bloke thing, from the 2 gigs I had been to there was a good mix of both genders.

Although Noel is easier on the eye and has a killer fashion sense, I much prefer Julians character :)

    its very imaginative and unique,

theres not many shows on tv that feature a shaman and his gorilla and where the two main characters travel to different planets!!
