Trying to find a hand rotivating tool

    Hi everyone, I believe this is my first post in hear. I am currently doing the back lawn as it has been flooded non stop since I bought the house 2 yrs ago. I have sorted the drainage by putting 2 fishbone sections of piping and stone. I have dug up the whole lawn and now am rotivating it. There are section where a rotivator can not access, so my question. Where can I find a hand rotivating tool? I father had one but it has disappearred. I have tried B&Q, Homebase and Atlantic Homecare with no joy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
