WiMAX is a technology, which many providers supply connectivity using.
Which Provider are you asking about?

If your in Dundalk dont touch it, it is complete sh1te.

And as for torrents no, they say they dont block the but they do.

Remember Imagine Wimax "Imagine speeds higher than dialup" !!
