HTC Hero Sync Issue

    I gots a HTC hero and installed the new update however i am having major problems pairing it to my computer. My computer is running off Windows 7 (32). sometimes it syncs however the majority of the time it will not. its a bit hit and miss to be honest.

    Is this a known problem?

    *if this has already been address somewhere else i apologise in advance.
