    I really need help.

    In brief, I had an on off relationship with a girl over a year long period. It was rocky and was rocky for stupid reasons because of me.... She has baggage.... That was the reason.

    Anyway, we had a row about two months ago and broke up.... for good...

    Well I met somebody else and was happy just seeing how it went until late.... I deleted my ex off FB but got a "poke" off her about two weeks ago.... Since then I cant stop thinking about her.... I miss her so so much and love her so much.

    She is with somebody else now and thats killing me.... It should be me !

    I mailed her a few times but it just looks like she is staying off FB so she doesnt have to deal with it... I was thinking of texting her and asking her if we could talk but I dont know if thats the right thing to do or the wrong thing to do.... I am so confused and really need to know how to sort this out..

    My head is a total mess.... once I started hearing from her again I totally perked up in myself.... i was the happy soul I was when I was with her.... now I am just tormented with what if's and what should I do's... :(
