How long for a Citylink email response?

    Booked a return bus home for this weekend, as I have done for the last three weeks without any issue, yet I didn't recieve any confirmation email or details whatsoever. As you can imagine, I didn't take down the details when they were on the screen, as I was in work and figured I would recieve the email.

    So Citylink has no phone number, but they have an "info@" email - is it any use? I've sent over details of what happened but just want to see what experience people may have had with them and what timeframe I might have to wait for a response?
