Sky HD - are you tied to a contract?

I am thinking of reducing the number of Sky packages I have and getting rid of my HD subscription. I know with the packages I have to wait 30 days before they remove them. What's the story with the HD sub? I only have it about 5 months. Does Sky have me bound to a 12 month contract or can I cancel it like a normal package?
