Redundant Food Production Managers?

I have an excellent job on at the moment for a Food Production Manager based in Wicklow and am astounded as I cannot find anybody with a background in food manufacturing to fit the bill. I thought the food manufacturing business was also suffering with job losses but the past 2 weeks has made me think otherwise.

Maybe they have already gone. My QC daughter is in the States after years of pathetic, low paid jobs here.

Where are you advertising it?

FAS?
Local Paper or internet?
Agency?

Perhaps you are too optimistic in your experience requirements.
