CZ-527 .223

I'm just going to throw this up here to see if there is any interest in it.

Its a CZ 527 Lux in .223, the rifle is in good condition and has been treated well.
I bought this gun last August and have fired approx 150 rounds through it.

Reason I am selling is to fund a Custom build rifle. :D:D

Asking price is 500 euro for the rifle( scope, bipod, sling not included )

I'll tell a few lads I know in the market for an entry level Foxer.

If I were you I'd let scope and mounts go with it, may sell it quicker and if you go custom you will get a better scope and mounts

I'll leave the mounts go with it although the scope is only a tasco and doesn't hold zero.:mad:

I've a friends scope on it now and can't sell that!!

I could go down that route but i've had yet another change of mind! which the 527 is surplus to requirements for!

However I'm not gonna bore ye talking about my plans as they are always subject to change!

why don't ya rebarrell her in .204.... and put a different stock on it......bed it and float.... with a target crown..... that'd be sweet.... mind you tis a nice rifle as it is.... i have nutmeg laminated stock here if its any good to ya.... mind you its channelled out for the varmint barrell....make me an offer if interested... and i don't know what tac was on about..."entry level foxing gun"?????????? the cz527 is a very good gun.... no matter what the set up is..... and 5 notes is a very good deal...

Its tempting but to be honest I wouldn't get the use out of a varmint gun at the mo so I'm going putting that on the shelf for a couple of years!

Its the stalking rifle that will my getting the attention!

If anyone knows of a gun dealer who has a cheap 700 preferably 22-250,243 or .308 could ye let me know! If I cant sell it I'll trade for a 700 and start from there!

Remington actions P might be your best bet.
They can be got for ~€350 If you are going to scrap the barrel anyway.

Won't be scrapped till next summer at the earliest so would like to get some use of it first!

I think Pat wants a short action to suit a 7mm-08
like a .243 .308 .25/06 possible even a ,223 AFAIK all these actions are the same. The bolt face is different and the barrel is diff.
Pat wants to go custom AFAIK in a year or so time, just wants a short action remmy to build it with

I was talking to Sean a few minutes ago that remmy is a bit high spec, blue printed action,bedded, redrawn nd custom bolthandle! I'm looking for something a bit more basic but he is having a look for me now
