Recently switchted from smart phone and broadband to UPC. And I was just wondering are they charging me for a call even if the person does not answer ? Also have I made a big mistake by switching ? Thanks:D

I'd be surprised if they were charging you when no one answers as the connection would not be made and there is no call time, also it would not exactly endear people to their service, however you would probably want to check the fine print on your service agreement to make sure.
