    Hi there

Need a little help with a fault on my pc. At the moment the browser won't load. It comes up in the task master but does not come up on the screen. I use Firefox if that makes any differnce. Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thanks

Can it start with the safe mode option?

Have you rebooted it to see if that corrects it ?
Sometimes if the network connection hangs, so does the browser.

    Other things to try
    1) uninstall then reinstall browser
    2) Run a full virus scan & a full malware scan
    3) Check you've enough disk space on your C: Typically at least 3Gb free.

open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc
you should see multiple firefox.exe running. click on each one and End Process.
then start your browser. this has happened to me a couple of times with firefox.
