    Hi guys,

Just wondering I have Sky+ at the moment but I want to get rid of it. I don't have an aerial but do they let you keep the box and get the terrestrial channels through it?

You keep the box and will get fta channels on it.NO TERRESTRIAL CHANNELS-so you need an ariel to get RTE etc.You will also lose your recording facility and will no longer be able to view recorded content that might be still on the box.Another option would be to keep a minimum package for 22 euro a month and still have the Irish channels and your recording facility.

If you ditch the subscription all the + features will be gone.

If you want to see what you will get without a subscription, power down the box, remove the card then power up the box again. Then you will have the channel line up as it will be without a Sky subscription.

Also you must have seen out the original 12 months of your contract or they'll bill you for the box itself.
