I'm thinking about buying a cornsnake hatchling as a pet and while doing some research I read in several places that i should buy from a breeder as opposed to a pet store. Does anyone know of breeders in the Dublin (extended) area. Went to two pet stores and for the same start up kit there was e100 difference.

I agree that most petshops are atrocious where reptiles are concerned.
However, Reptile Haven in Fishamble Street is a specialist reptile store. It is an amazing shop. Ben, the owner, is a very knowledgable and sound guy.
My advice is drop in there and have a chat to him. He'll give you great advice. As well as that, if you need help/advice or encounter any probs afterwards, Ben or one of the guys will always be there to help you out ;)

Thanks for the reply. I've got in touch with them via e mail and they sound like the right people to talk to. Going to drop in to the shop over the next few days and see what they've got. Thanks again.:)
