Most people won't fill in a random survey unless they know the aims of the survey and what their data will be used for.

I have a brief intro at the top of questionnaire:

This survey is for research required to complete my MSc in Strategic Business Management. Its main aim is to understand the experience of consumers regarding online gaming. It is to gain a general understanding of what your current experience with your gaming is and what you would like to see happen to improve this experience. Thank you for taking the time to complete it.

Its my first thesis ( didnt have to do one for my degree) so cant promise a great read...still have a lot to do and just tryin to get it all done :-P but il post it up when its finished .. thanks again :-)

I wasn't even going to look at that survey until I found out what it was for. It's just the way I am - give me all your information upfront and I'll give you my upfront answers. And now that you have, I've completed your survey

You're probably not aware of it but this thread is over a year old. Not sure who revived it or why but I'm closing it because I'm sure the thesis has been completed by now.
