Stupid question about the grant form.

    Section F (Reckonable Income)
F1 is for if your were employed in 2009.
Do you mark yes to this if you were self employed considering F4 is for self employed individuals?

So do I mark Yes to F1 & Yes to F4?

F1 is for PAYE employment. F4 is for earning from self employment. If you did both fill in both, if you were only self employed just fill in F4.

    HTH:)
