Physio Recommendation

I'm looking for a physio to check out my knee. I'm pretty sure it will be ok itself if I rest it but the more I think about it, the worse it seems to get.

I'm looking for a good physio based in Stillorgan, Sandyford, Blackrock areas of Dublin.

I've been to another physio in Rathfarnham and it's not too far, however somewhere in the areas mentioned above would be more convenient.

    Thanks.

I made that mistake last year. A lot of injuries won't get better (or at least can't be guaranteed not to recur) with rest alone.

I would highly recommend Avril in PhysioDynamics in Dundrum Town Centre...not too far from the locations you have mentioned. I have gone to alot of physios due to a (recurring) dislocated shoulder, and they are by far the best. Have sent a few people their way also, and everyone agrees.
