    Hi Guys,

1st post here but anyway....i work for a large international company based in ireland....ive worked her 4 years and it has been casual wear as we are the I.T department...we are never customer or client facing...our contracts advise us to dress for the role which i suppose can be misleading and easy for them to control......anyway the suits upstairs want us to be suits down stairs well at least buisness casual.
Anyway with paying for thirds level degrees and mortgage i have around 100 euro a week to live and my fuel bill is about 40 euro.So they expect us to be in this gear next week without any uniform allowence in our wages which i can not afford....please advise.....or is it beter just to role with it and claimm it on tax

You will not get tax relief for ordinary clothing. Only protective wear such as overalls, smocks and the like qualifies for tax relief.
