Brazil are still the best bet @ 7-2 especially when you consider their path to the final.

I have both Brazil@ 5/1 and Argentina @ 6/1 backed since the start and im stickin with them.
I cant see any the others puttin them out.The quality in both sides is unreal not like some teams (England etc) who talk a good game. Brazil and the Argies do there talkin on the pitch.

    I have Spain backed €150 @ 4/1
    Spain Brazil final €50 @ 10/1 & €360 @ 7.4 on betfair.

I placed the €360 last night after watching the Argentina match, I fancied Argentina to beat Mexico (who didn't) but I don't think they will get to the final. I don't think their midfield will cope defensively to get them to the final, time will tell. I hope to f they don't get there anyway.

If its the stuff im readin about Messi getting broke up by the opposition then yes I agree 100%
They dont talk boll*x about winning a game and then go out and make a show of themselves.

I went for both Brazil & Spain before a ball was kicked so im gonna stick with them.Got a horrible price on Brazil but if Spain win i get my stake on Brazil back. Also have €20 on both Brazil & Spain backed on Boyles. Higuain is looking good for top scorer at the moment so that'll be a nice touch if it comes in.

Really hoping for a Van Persie goal or 2 today as this will be a nice double to get up also.

    €12 Double
    Event/Market description Selection Price Status
World Cup 2010 - Top Nation Goalscorers : Top Holland Goalscorer Van Persie, Robin 6/5 Open
World Cup 2010 - Top Nation Goalscorers : Top Argentina Goalscorer Higuain, Gonzalo 11/4 Open

    Potential return: €99.00

Backed Brazil at 6.0 before the start

Also have 2.3 on them to reach the semi

Thinking of laying them to qualify from their 1/4 final as 1.47 is a bit tight. I thought they'd be around the 4/6 mark

Ya have a fair bit riding on Brazil myself @ 5-1. I dunno, you could lay off a bit I suppose but I cant see Holland beating them. Holland are overrated. I presume you will be laying some off in the final as well so in effect you will be laying off twice. Im gonna wait until the final though I agree Holland are the main danger to them not getting there. I suppose you could lay off 1 point.

did anybody see paddypowers power play this morning? they were offering 5/2 for nadal to beat murray and spain to beat paraguay. now there only offering 5/2 on nadal and spain to reach the final???? was going to put a few quid on the first one but came home to discover they had changed it

Sounds like somebody cocked up and they fixed it. PP odds for the original double with Spain beating Paraguay work out at under 11/8 and best price is just over 7/5 so bit of a stratch to go 5/2. Still not a bad price as the double would work out at just over 21/10 with PP and best price of 23/10 with Totesport. Probably still worth a score IMO, although worth a couple of hundred if they bring up original bet again ;o) Not a super price but probably a fair one.

they have fooked up before with those power plays.

last january they had 3 snooker players up at 11/4 when the match prices worked out at 6/5.
l took too long looking at it thinking lmust be working match prices out wrong when suddenly they change it to 13/8.
l would'nt take the 13/8 :( and they all won.

tuesday just gone boyles had seb sanders at 14/1 to ride no winners at brighton out of 5 rides 4 looked to have good chances but nothing under 2/1.
the more l looked at it the more l couldnt belive the price.
    l stuck 50 quid on it .
then 20 minutes later they changed it to 3/1.
the fecker rode 1 winner :(

sometimes if ur quick u can catch them out but very rarely.
