I have a nice bit on Van Perise @ 11/2 but worried a bit about his form. I thought the main threats would be from Rooney and Torres but both have been awful thankfully. RVP's one goal against Cameroon eased the anxiety and Robben back should be a big boost but Tevez's performance today has me worried.

Who do people here reckon will come on top?

Tevez is the only threat imo, and a serious one at that, what happens if they are level?

You still get your winnings, afaik.
    Tevea should win it, imo.

Dirk Kuyt could be a threat as well i think - his record for the Dutch isnt too shabby (66 games 16 goals) + he is already tied with Van Persie. In all likelihood though im guessing Van Persie will outscore Kuyt but I think Tevez will be the top scorer from the premier league. The Argentinians are scoring lots of goals & i can see Tevez getting more.

It would be settled as a dead head I assume.

Was checking it out earlier and Klose stood out for me, he's @ 20/1. I believe Germany will beat Argentina.

So Van Persie lives to fight another two days as if they lose the semi-final he will have another chance in the 3rd place play off. Hopefully he will improve and Tevez doesn't score anymore.
