    I will have a single room in a two bed house to rent from August. House is located in a quiet estate in Drumcondra. Great location for St Pats (2 minute walk) or DCU. Very easy to get to city centre also. Bus stop right outside the estate.

    Occupant must be male, non smoker, willing to keep the house clean and aware that he is living with a guy who works Monday to Friday! I'm probably aiming towards mature /final year students who want a decent place to stay for the year.
