    What statute makes necrophilia illegal?

    A friend was discussing this with me the other day, and claimed that there was no law against it - which I seriously, seriously doubt.

    Anyone know?

    There is a summons there for something like Defilement of a coprse. Not sure of the exact title but there is one there.
