Paypal Loading Problems from AIB ac - please help

OK, I am minus a credit card because my Halifax one has expired and I'm still waiting on Tesco to sort a load of crap out. Anyways, I just bought something on ebay thinking I could just add my OHs cc onto my Palypal ac .. no can do! Soooo I try loading it from my AIB ac but its giving me errors when I put the Paypal bank…

OK,
