cant get signal quality higher then 14%

heya lads trying to install FTA in my apartment, by myself and cant get my signal quality higher then 11-14% for astra 2a. have used the dishpointer website and it appears to be pointing in the right direction. just wondering if anyone has any ideas what it could be. any help would be great, have tryed everything i can…

heya lads

trying to install FTA in my apartment, by myself and cant get my signal quality higher then 11-14% for astra 2a.

have used the dishpointer website and it appears to be pointing in the right direction. just wondering if anyone has any ideas what it could be.

any help would be great, have tryed everything i can think off, have power going to the lnb 18v, all the settings are the same as what it says in the instruction manual.

got the system last night in xtravision, is a televes fta satallite, and comes with a sky tv dish and bskyb lnb, have the lnd set on 2, as thats what is reccommended for cork.

You would want to invest in a cheap sat finder. Maplin do them. Your dish needs to bang on, Im talking mm's here.
