Travel portlaoise to kilkenny

i was looking to head to kilkenny today from portlaoise and cant seem to find any services apart from a 2 hour train journey does anyway know of a bus that travels

JJ Kavanagh does a bus that goes via Abbeyleix and Castlecomer. IIRC it leaves Tescos around 11.20am.
