Im working in a place and am being offered redundancy but there is also an issue of being offered work abroad from the same firm. Now i know normally if im offered further work from them and refuse im not entitled to any redundancy, but i would like to know am i still entitled to redundancy if the work i refuse is based outside of Ireland.

Most company's have a policy on what is considered reasonable distance if only given the option to take up another job within the same company. HR dept should be able to advise on this.
