What Colour lights are they ?

What Colour lights are they ?
That really is a valid question .
I once played on a table with with a green rope light running around the inside of the table and it didnt go well at all . Then some time later i was in england and i came across another table like the one mentioned earlier only the light was white . I was a little bit weary at first but i started winning straight away and soon forgot about my last experience with the green light .
Now i have never played on a table with led lights fitted as the other two tables were lit with standard rope lights . So while i would be willing to play on the table with led lights , i would have to insist that they would be normal white lights and not green as i only run bad with green lights.

Oh no . I couldnt possibly play on a table like that .

I got kings cracked by aces on a table like that and i swore i would never play kings again until i played on the table i mentioned earlier with the white rope light ,and i said i would take a chance as i was running so well , so i raised it in early position with the 2 red cowboys and the button went all in and i called, only to be shown the 2 red aces . Well i was shocked as it was all happening to me again and the worst thing i saw was when the flop came down with the ace of spades and two diamonds , i thought i was done for until that table threw up the 2 black kings on the turn and river and i busted the aces and i won the loots .

Do you have any of these tables??

i will later on,coz do not have any now but its very nice table and perfect for cash games.coz it looks very luxurious i think..not like cheap tournament tables which u can see in casinos...and i dont think table or color of lights can affect my play :D..

200 euro buyin is not high stakes.
500 euro buyin would be considered mid-range.

I think by high stakes the op means the food is served on the balcony. Its an Athlone thing but i wouldn't expect a Ballybay bogger to understand anyway:rolleyes:.
I dont know , the things some people post on here amazes sometimes.

Any sign of the pic ??

A couple of years back i think it was 07, i ran a sat for the open and a lad rang me and asked me would i buy one of these tables or could he bring a table down and raffle it . I didnt see a problem with it but i thought his price tag of 600 was too much . As the day went on he couldnt get any tickets sold mainly cos he was looking €20 a ticket . By the end of the day he was down to offering me the table for €450 but i still wasn't interested and i knew i could get it for less. So as i was packing my own gear up i could see he was desperate to offload it so i offered him €300 and he reluctantly took it .

The following week there was tournament league final on which i knew there would be at least 80 players at and i called the guy running it and told him about this class table with lights and buttons and everything and asked him could i bring it over and raffle it , and i told him he could set it up and use it for his final table that night and it would look really cool :D.
Of course he was delighted . I sold tickets there that day for €5 for 1 strip or 3 for €10 .

    I sold 93 tickets at a tenner a pop :D . I just thought this was a cool story to tell ;)
