Soak your hand/foot/afflicted body part in a bowl of water which has some dettol or savlon in it, for about 10 mins. It'll work its way out soon enough :)

*wiats for someone to post an AH answer :)*

Try and lever out with a small pin. You may need to first cut a small slit at entry point with a sharp blade.

I personally would get a blade and cut it out because I've heard of stories of thorns travelling.

I've had a couple that were in pretty deep so I had to kinda rip my skin open with a sewing needle and fish it out.

Sterilise a pin, try to root the thorn out with it, if you can't get it out leave it alone, a callous will form around it and it'll fall out eventually.

Try root it out with a sterilised blade/needle.

If you really can't then try making a poultice to draw it out maybe?

    Amputation.

Perhaps a little overkill, but damn effective.

If i get a bad splinter and can't pull it out, i usually rip the skin a bit with a clean wood chistle.

You'll need to coax it out with some bait. Maybe a rose. Or a sad, sad song.
