booking cinema tickets

    is it possible to book students tickets for a movie on line but when your realy an adult.are your tickets checked in the cinema???

    just trying to save the cash while times are hard............:D

    in liffey valey in vue, I am pretty sure the option is there...I had to book 3 adult tickets and one under 18, but none of the tickets were checked on the way in... so in theory I suppose I could have booked 4 under 18's - but I wouldn't be suggesting anyone should do that..:)

    Depends

    If the collection machines in the cinema print the tickets the same as the box office then they shouldnt check where u hand them in, as the check needs to be done at the time of purchase

    Worst case scenario if someone makes a big deal about it, u just pay the balance to an adult ticket
