Theory test - problem with confirmation email

    Hello ppl i need your help basicly i am applying for the driving theory test and basicly the problem is i never reviced confrontation email.
    Or letter by post.
    I rang them up on tuesday afternoon and she said i had it tuesday morning at 9.00am.
    She said that she send out a email but i never got 1.
    What the best thing to do.

    Did you check the "Spam" folder in your email account??

    I don't understand what you mean.

    Did you book a test for Tues morning at 9? Did you not go because you didn't get a confirmation email? Why did you not call them on Monday instead of on Tuesday AFTER the time you had booked the test?

    Sorry i meant i rang them up last tueday and she said it's for this tuesday morning the 29th at 9.00am.

    But i never got any cofrimation email or any letter in the post.

    Ya i check spam too.

    Are you required to bring a confirmation letter with you to the test? Other than this I don't see why you need one?

    no but just id.

    I don't want to go into the test and they said your not booked in either.

    I rang up the customer service so i hope they didn't get it wrong.

    I brought my confirmation letter to the test but I didn't need it at all. He just asked me my name and looked at my passport, and that was all.

    Guys whats the usual waiting time when you book a theory test? And am I right in thinking this is the order to obtaining a full licence?
    1. Theory Test
    2. Apply For Learner Permit
    3. Driving Lessons I guess
    4. Driving test for full licence after holding a learner permit for at least 6 months

    Is that right? Thanks guys:)
