What is required to become a kids entertainer? Like as well as loads of enthusiasm and possible talent at juggling/balloon modelling/face painting and a like for kids....

    Any legal requirements?

Ha ha, yes that'd be the practical side alright.:p

    On the other side
    1. A full clean drivers licence and car (have to travel)
    2. A website
    3. An act (magician, baloon twisting, facepainting, arts and crafts) the list is endless.
I would say, as a facepainter who does a few kids gigs, do try and be good at facepainting. There are loads of awful ones. Check out the facepaing forum and face, the association of professional facepainters. Even if you dont' join, the standard is what to aspire to as a professional facepainter
