re-newing rent, any advice

    renting in galway, its nearly up for re-newal, any advice? just in case they ask for a increase or stuff like that

    It's highly unlikely that they'll ask for an increase. If they do and you feel that the property isn't worth what they're asking then feel free to negotiate.

    Try doing a Daft search for properties similiar to yours and in the same area to see what these properties are going for. Then you'll have a good idea of what rent would be reasonable.
