Hi All,

I have been asked to do the following work for a close family friend, she insits on paying going rate but I want to do the job for her cheaper but I know she'll check around and start sticking money in pockets and stuff if I'm not straight up with her.

1. Remove two rad's.
2. Dig out old pipes.
2. Cap off four pipes.
3. Install new bigger rad.
4. Redo the concrete floor over the capped pipes ready to lay flooring?

Would a plumber do this for €100. or less? She's paid for all the parts already.
