Last year Ping brought out the G15s, which I tried out and really liked. Do they usually bring out new clubs every year, or two years? Should we expect new Ping clubs in a few months?

Some great Ping info and pics here on golfwrx. Looks like there will be K15, S56 and Anser irons this autumn. I have s58 irons at the moment and am looking forward to trying out the s56.

Ping Work on a Two Year Cycle.

G15 last year, G10 Two years before that, G5 two years before that etc.

In the middle year they release their other ranges beside the G and the i. So this year the release the K15 (replaces the rapture V2), the S56 and the Anser (first forged Iron from Ping). Two years ago they released the S57 and the Rapture V2, two years before that they released the s58 and the Rapture.

So unlike say taylormade who seem to have a new driver out every week ping stuff hangs around for quite a bit and as a result its resale value is quite a big higher than say taylormade.

To give you a quick idea of what ping will have out by september:
G15 - Driver, Woods, Hybrids & Irons: Game Improvement Clubs, the woods and Driver are Some of the best out their and very popular as were the G10 and G5 before them.
i15 - Driver, Woods, Hybrids & Irons: These are more of a players club, the Driver and Woods have a fade bias which is prefered by most low handicapers. Nice clubs but alot harder to hit than the G15.
K15 - Driver, Woods & Irons(unsure about hybrids but I'd assume so): Super Game Improvment Clubs, apparently these will be more forgiving than the G15 if thats even possible!
S56 - Irons: These are players cavity backs, almost blades but with a bit of forgivness, also some very sweet looking clubs.
Anser - Irons: Gotta Say I dont know much about this product I know its pings first Forged Irons, and looks alot like the i15 so I would suspect it will play simular but I've no experience with them.

    I hope that helps
    Regards
    Ian

Just searched G15 and got here.
Quick one, I've ordered the G15 driver, got a phone call today to say she's arrived, I'm collecting on Saturday.
Is it too late to be custom fitted? Would it benefit an 18 handicapper?
New to this custom fitting malarkey.

Bit late to be custom fitted now its been ordered and ready to collect. As long as you've got the right shaft you should be grand. You can't go far wrong with a G series driver, i've got a G10 myself and love it.
