    Hi there,

I've been streaming files pretty succesfully for a while, but have hit a stumbling block, namely a 10.9GB, 1080p version of Avatar. I have no idea how to put it on the HDD (I'm told this will remove the stuttering), I've tried copying it, but I cancelled the copy after it had transferred 17GB. I'm using PS3 Media Server(1.20).

My problem is that the PS3 can't see the size of the file. There is no 4GB limit on the PS3's internal drive, just external ones need to be FAT32. Basically, how do I transfer it accross without splitting it into segments?

Pirates are free but illegal :p
Buy only ORIGINAL blu-rays, do not download movies :o:)

But in case you will want to play your own home made video in 1080p/720p HD use this good simple tool :P

I am using it myself and it's the easiest tool. Believe me, you won't find anything less complicated than this :pac:
Choose file you want to change, choose destination folder, thick 4GB split file and encode DTS to AC3 (if you don't have DTC in audio receiver). Copy these parts to your external drive and just play ;)
