    Normally 2 weeks before end of July to coincide with Firearms certs.
    The permit I have is valid until july 31st.

    I have often received mine as late as that date so not to worry

    rang and was told could be 1st week of august but will be there.

    it wilol be after the 1st of August , so it says on the letter you received from nwps with the renewal form.
    Anyhow it will be before 1st of september.
