    Hi guys,
I'm in my late twenties and myself and the brother in law are looking for something different. We were looking at the three peak challenge in 24hours was just wondering has anyone done this or have any knowledge of this? We have never done any trekking at all but we are fit and active and we are putting together some sort of a 16 week program to prepare when we decide to do it........do you think were out of our dept?....any info appreciated. the peaks are Ben Nevis, scafell pike and snowdon.

I think it's been done. Ian McKeever has a record of 16 hours for the 5 peaks of Britian and Ireland so I'd imagine there is a record for the 3 you're thinking about doing too. I seem to remember something in Trail as well actually (from a couple of years ago), pretty sure the challenge was to do it using public transport within 24 hours.

I actually think it's a pretty cool challenge op and worth doing regardless of records. Go for it! :)
