USPS International Tracking

I know there's another thread about this subject but I didn't want to resurrect a year-old thread. I won an item from a seller on eBay on Saturday and it was shipped Monday via USPS Express International Mail, which comes with a tracking feature. Here's the story so far:

'Your item left the United States from ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS) at 8:15 PM on June 22, 2010. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

    Detailed Results:
spacer.gifbullet_circle.gif International Dispatch, June 22, 2010, 8:15 pm, ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS)
    bullet_circle.gif Arrival
bullet_circle.gif Processed through Sort Facility, June 21, 2010, 6:38 pm, SPRINGFIELD, OR 97477
    bullet_circle.gif Acceptance, June 21, 2010, 10:40 am, JUNCTION CITY, OR 97448'

It hasn't updated since then. Obviously it's left the US, but I now have no idea where it is. I've tried the An Post website but it doesn't recognise the tracking number. There's also the ambiguity of that 'arrival' update - does it mean it's arrived in San Francisco or Ireland? I'm presuming the former, since the SF update came after it, but it's still odd. I thought that the Express option would be faster than First Class or Priority but it's taking longer than some First Class stuff I've ordered :(
Does anyone know where USPS packages bound for Ireland go once they've left the US, and how long it takes them to get here?

Just checked the An Post website and it now recognises the tracking number - it's in Portlaoise for some reason. Should have it on Monday :) This thread can be closed.
