Had this posted in Graphics in other Forum, but will post here too for any other responses.

I want to get rid of a facial flaw aka "Crow's feet" from a photo but I don't know how. I know there is a way with Photoshop using a Patch Tool, but I don't have that version of Ps.

I have Photofiltre and I think I used this for a facial flaw or something similair before but I can't remember .... Photofiltre's help section is absolutely ridiculous, it's nearly impossible to understand unless you'd be very well-versed on technology, but that ain't gonna work with some-one looking for help who has little/no experience with computers.

Anyways if anyone can help me get rid of crow's feet in a photo, would love to hear form you .....

    Thanks.

What version do you have? Have you tried cloning with low opacity from surrounding areas? Also you can do a new layer with a surface blur.
