Serious iPhone 4 reception issues for left-handed people

As a lefty I am a bit worried about this, doubt it can be fixed by software. Looks like Apple didn't test the phone sufficiently with left-handers and without a case. Maybe they were too busy keeping it a secret to test without a case on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03PQyWp0mWE
