    Anyone know the handicap situation with 18 hole reentry competitions :
    - are they Qualifying Competitions ?
    - do you adjust your handicap between entries ?
    - do you also adjust your handicap for second and subsequent entries if applicable ?

    More info needed. Generally they are not qualifying comp's unless specifically stated. You adjust your handicap after every round in line with the standard scratch. If you play in the comp 3 times and shot below SS each time then you have to adjust your handicap after every round.
