Dublin to Navan

    Hi, what are the options for getting from Dublin to Navan by public transport, is it bus only or also train, what companies operate the services? Thanks!

    the bus eireann 109a leaves from outside dcu to navan at 15 minutes past every hour for the duration of the day. not sure of the cost but it is a good service, always on time. not sure of any of the buses which go from the city centre

    thaks vw1, do you know how long it takes to get from DCU to Navan at noon on a Friday roughly?

    There is a stop off at the airport, as far as I know its roughly an hour, maybe an extra 10-15 mins depending on traffic. Having said that it may well be quicker now as I haven’t been on it since the new motorway has been finished and I don’t know if it uses the motorway!

    Bus Eireann service 109 operates directly from the city centre to Navan.
