I bought a HTC hero with a 12 month Meteor contract recently when the girl in the Meteor shop told me I could get the phone to talk to my MacBook Pro.

But after days and days of reading online forums and techie discussions I still can't figure out how to get the phone to sync contacts and music. Anyone having the same problem and has anyone figured out a solution?

If I can't get them to communicate I wonder am I entitled to bring it back to the Meteor shop.
