That's been there since his visit. I've learned not to notice it.

Really? I've gone down/up that road every day since last tuesday and not noticed it until today!!

    Hectic.

Yip, if they're the ones I'm thinking of they're there since his spin in the park.

Wow. Wonder what else I'm missing and why I never noticed it before. What route did he take anyway, anyone got a mapmyride.com link or something?

I heard there was a trail of black socks every so often to follow, so you can ride the route with a smug face knowing you were part of 'it'

I cycle that route regularly and can confirm it's been there since his visit.

The route was starting at the Wellington monument roundabout, down to the Khyber, left at the top onto Acres road, back round Millitary Road to the bottom of the Khyber again and continuing on that circuit.

They should erect a wee monument where Cipollini bit the dust in the pile up. Perhaps made out of of a stack of porn mags or something. Parks are usually full of those so should be handy enough.

There is some new writing on that bit of road. It's hard to make out what it says as it's dark blue/navy in colour on asphalt, you'd have to stop to read it.

The old stuff was in a redish brown colour...is that what you saw?
