Whats eating my rose leaves?

    Photo from internet, but my plant is worse!

    They're almost like perfect semi-circles on all the leaves.

    What causes it?

    Looks like the work of leafcutter bees.... I believe roses are frequently targeted...

    + 1. They'll stop when they've built their nests and no lasting damage will be done to the plants.

    Thanks for replies. My rose bush is about 40 yrs old. Got it from my mother in law. It has strong scented roses. I just knew it wasn't greenfly.
