    My couch 2 5k program log
    Hi all,
    I just started this program tuesday. My main goal is loss some weight.
    I am 85 kgs , 5.8 height and male. I did my first day in week 1 on Tuesday. I am going to post my logs here.
    Any advice welcome to achieve my goal.

    Hi, I ran my 3rd day in week 1 on Saturday.

    Week 2

    I started week 2 today. I completed my day 1 today. I find it bit difficult but I managed to finish it.

    Looking forward to 2nd day

    Hey, great to see you on the logs here. I used that program to start off too, it can feel tough at times but stick with it because it's worth it. Best of luck with the rest of the training

    Hi, I couldn't continue the c25k training which I started 3 months ago. I strated again today , hopefully I will finish this time.

    Just finished week 1 , day 1 .
    It's bit cold out there but I managed to finish.

    Week 1, Day 2 finished on Satuarday.

    Week 1, Day 3 did it today, finished with bit easy.
    Looking forward to my second week :)
