If a company is put into voluntary liquidation, and has no debts at this time, are the directors able to become directors of a new company?

    Hi

Yes I believe so. So long as it is a members voluntary liquidation.

If it is a creditors voluntary liquidation the liquidator has to prepare a report to the ODCE on the conduct of the directors which can have the end result of them being banned as directors.

    Kind Regards
